The reason for this is because I open a case file for every car I see, so putting all the pertinent facts into writing allows me to copy and paste very easily. Text us with and of the following:

• Make, model, year, and mileage
• a brief history, symptoms, and codes
• your own availability

You don’t have to include every single one of these, as I’ll ask for them anyway if they’re missing. This is just in case you’d like to save me time.
